As we are aware, HVCC, FHA and the appraisal process are becoming a more challenging way to maintain a successful and profitable appraisal operation. It requires a constant diligence on our part to obtain and search for new clients in this ever changing environment. It is imperative that we continue to complete comprehensive and reliable report information in a timely manner. Appraisal fees have been reduced, due to the AMC take over and with that we are finding the quality of work to diminished state. Seasoned appraisers are finding it difficult to continue in this matter, with many having to change careers. This is very unfortunate and should never have gotten to this point.  

The high speed rail line has gone from the planning phase to the initial implementation phase. This rail transporation line will connect the metro areas of Orlando and Tampa. Access will open up opportunities for Disney and other theme park goers. Also, business men and woman can improve their commute time by as much as 30 minutes. Central Florida, which includes, Lakeland, Orlando, Winter Haven, Tampa and Davenport will benefit from this new endeavor.
